Safilo Group S.p.A.: calendar of the company events for 2006 - variations

Padua, 9^th March 2006 - As a partial variation on what was communicated to Borsa Italiana Spa on 21^st February 2006, SAFILO GROUP S.p.A. hereby informs that the date of the Board of Directors’ Meeting for the approval of the draft of the Financial Statements and the Consolidated Financial Statements at 31^st December 2005, previously fixed for Monday 27^th March 2006, has been moved to Tuesday 28^th March 2006.

 

As a consequence of the above, the conference call with financial analysts and investors on data in the draft of the Financial Statements will be held on Wednesday 29^th March 2006.

 

We hereby send the updated list of the dates fixed for the company events for 2006.
